There is a one day window on our online scheduler. If you would like an appointment for a service within the next three hours, please call us at 303-591-9162 to schedule.
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. It is our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:
24 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule a massage. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged $35. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-Shows
If you either forget or choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason, this will be considered a "no-show." You will be charged for your "missed" appointment.
